The main problem with government is the difficulty of pressing charges against its directors.

Given a choice of two out of three M&Ms, the human brain subconsciously tries to justify the two M&Ms chosen as being superior to the M&M not chosen.

Yea, it's definitely a scam but not clearly illegal as they're repackaging open content about copyrighted content.

It may not be illegal, but it certainly could be misleading if a person doesn't read carefully to see what they are buying.
