Sorry I ahve been a bit quite my boss has been over from the states so things have been more hectic than usual. I shoudl ahve time to do more this weekend.

The observant ones will have noted I have started to re-do Charity's guide to Amber and the city section is complete.

We still have the Warden of Remba open ti Whisp'ar should he want it ... I see Gabe hasn't been posting a lot cos he lost 24x7 web access. So if we give him a bit more time to see what he does.

Mean while I started a background session with Gregory ont eh wiki and would like to do the same with everyone else. These are past events an important meeting or an event in the past that can ripple through but also so we can do some actual playing whilst the last dregs of positions come in and I get the bits of the site that need it updated.

So on that basis when you log into the Wiki look out for a new doc viewabel only to one or two of you shoiudl show up in RecentUpdates. Will start these today should be something for everyone by tomorrow.

Charity has completed her description of Amber castle and environs. I have used the descriptions of each Royal quarters and any other descriptive elements about the city etc to try and create an Amber that the PCs can feel a part of with a shared history.
I have had to take a few liberties with rooms and stuff especially round architecture and who was responsible. Gregory and Constantine both expressed a desire to influence Amber's architecture and so a lot of the time I assign work to them. If anyone reads any of the stuff and objects strongly I can rework it.

My next job is to get Dane's description of all the PCs finished and get trumps of everyone. I have images for all PCs which I will use unless I get more images from the players. Needless to say the images are all excellent.

Meanwhile the backstroy threads are continiuing for some but some players have yet to check them out. They are thre to get some playigjn done whilst I wait for the rest of the chanracters to be posted.

I would really appreciate it if everyone could post their characters full detaisl to the wiki on their homepage.

Wow my typing last night was awful. Proof read some of the pages today and will be updating

Also where we have details on things that are public I will include links to these items from the text Eg. Gregs museum and Constantine's clockwork zoo (which I will add later tonight to the City description)

Your Constantine home page is totally protected. Only you and I can read it.
If you go tot eh wiki and logour so you are a non user you can look for your page and you won;t be abel to see it.
There is an acl (access control list) set on the page like this

#acl Constantine:read,write,revert,admin,delete

This controls page access.

Your Clockwork Zoo page  is viewable to all as you have set no acl on that page (which is fine) This then inherits the default which is anyone can read it
but only the creator can edit it.

If you unsure post a dummy character. Then log out and try and see hte page. If you can see it then the security didn't work. If you can't see it all is well. Log in and edit to put in correct info.

To post up an image you just 'add attachment' from the view page, broswe to the file on your desk top call it xxx.jpg and post it up you can then add it to a page with an
[{attachment:xxx.jpg}] (might need to check the syntax on that)

Nope you got to pick last.

its Remba or nothing well there are still Dukedoms.

At least it gives you a nice personal objective to aim for.

So if Whisp'ar refuses the Warden of Remba then we return to Galfor then Dane.

until we get this done we can't assign dukes.

The historic bits are goign well though so if you haven't doen so please look at the wiki log ina nd check recent updates fot eh last 20 days you shoudl all see stuff that you can look at that relates to your past history with a little foreshadowing.

SunBoy prepared A trump for Constantine he did himself and its great but a little dfferent in style to the others I am seeing if I can tweak it slightly to fit it in.

I know Croaker wasn't too keen on the Eoghann pic I found but I still think it works kind of well and until he sends me a new one

If anyone else doesn't like a trump I have assigned to them (if you sent your own trump through then I have no sympathy ). Then let me know I have literally thousands of bits i collect off the web.

I did make a bit of a statement with Helel ...

Oh and the text for each character will go up tomorrow.

Anyone want to assign dukes to the sactum just give me a name and a position and I will do it (all positions are on teh web pages)
