In your case you should use the following tag (I hope I got it right) though I doubt anyone would mess with your entry

It's worth putting in the acl line that boulet mentions above simply because otherwise anyone can edit it, and could even add an acl line that would prevent you from editing the page (Not that I think that would happen, but always better safe than sorry right )

Absolutely correct
Typically for your information I would give yourself full access and everyone else read only.

Where you want to host a trump conversation or whatever you can give all participants full access or just give the others read write

For Oberon's engagement ball I will set the rights to

#acl PlayersGroup:read,write All:read

Note if you set All:read,write it will override the default settings which is All:read that will mean people who have not signed in can post comments.

Yup

and you can easily create your own groups

just create a new page called Group and then put in a list of members like

 *Caleb
 *Degion
 *Elaine

I will probably create a WardensGroup later for example

Ie If I make a PeopleCalebLikes Group with the only me tag, and someone else references that group in there tag, will that work or not?

weeeeeelll for it to work as a group in needs to be in the format CalebmatesGroup not Caleb's Mates Group or CalebsMatesGroup (if you see what I mean) .
This group is a page like any other so it inherits the acl All:read

If the page creator puts in their own acl this will overwite this so you can make a group list invisible.
However if someone can guess the name they can include it in their own acl however they will have no idea if its worked without an additional degree of investigation (ie they would have to have people who only get rights from that group edit the page then they could see that that person must be a member of the 'unknown' group.
I think that is a bit of a stretch for security round a game wiki so I think we are pretty okay with security by obsfucation

To move things along I am taking an executive action based on Constantine's background and picking the sanctum position I am 99% sure he would have picked himself. So Constantine is Warden of the Pattern.
Next is Lazarus who picks Warden of Storms and takes charge of the fleet.

So so far we have

Degion - Overwarden
Gregory - Warden of the East - armies
Elaine - Warden of Seals - intelligence
Constantine - Warden of the Pattern - the pattern
Lazarus - Warden of Storms - navies

So then we have Caleb, Eoghann, Charity, Whisp'ar, Galfor, Dane , Tristram

And the following Wardenships

Remba, Dreams (magic and Tir), Arden

well Charity will forego Warden of Remba, it would really mess with her hair. This leaves it open to Whisp'ar and if not he Galfor.

Remember, Remba is unique as it is a mini kingdom in its own right with noble houses, armies (submariner ones) and its own pattern.

I'm open to changing my claim on wardenship because dreams got about 1/2 what i want and 1/2 what i dont want. If someone really wanted dreams and wanted to talk to me about it, i guess i could change my spot;.
