Web: Golden Circle Revival

The Golden Circle at http://www.chorazin.org.uk/gcircle/ is in a sad state. Almost half of the links are defunct and the last entry is from December 2003.

Several Questions arise from this:
Does anyone know Alan Glover, who is the "owner" of the Golden Circle?
If so would he contact him whether he a) wants to clean up the dead links, or b) give the job to someone else?
If b), who would be willing to do the job?

The alternative would be to start a new webcircle with only active sites.

I think that's likely a better alternative. Although the Golden Circle has its own notoriety (let's face it, we all used it back when pages weren't dead), it might be easier to spread the word about a new Webring.
