This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Germanic Gods -- has anyone ever statted them up?

After many years of hiatus, we're playing an Amber campaign again. That is, I'm using the system, but I'd like the Elders to be the Germanic pantheon. Has anyone here ever written up stats for them?

Now, replace "acting" with "roleplaying". Still true.

Not for Amber, but I think that Troll Lord Games may have a Germanic gods sourcebook for the C&C RPG. You might be able to start with their material and make up stats for ADRP; it might be easier that way than to start from scratch.

On sale at the moment for $10. :)

Thank you, Finarvyn.

I'm trying something new right now: Mapping the gods to the Elder Amberites and vice versa. Obviously, this requires some tweaking, but it's really cool :)

Hopefully you'll share what you end up with. Sounds like an intriguing concept! :D

EDIT:  By the way, Norbert -- your signature links are all dead. :(
