Considering running a Play by Post

Haven't posted point bids yet (sorry, didn't see the Golden Circle information up on your site and was holding off on my character until I got the Golden Circle stuff, not looking at other people's bids to avoid them biasing me).

Just PMed a run-down of my character. Am flailing around a bit on how to get a good point total for my artifact and good stuff I'll post final bids. Sorry for the delay.

Probably tomorrow (Friday) at latest.

I want to start running on Monday. That will give the weekend to finalize characters and since I will be available all week it works best I think. Weekends will probably be slower for me as I will only be on once or twice a day while during the week I am on all the freakin time

Good to have a half-sister. My character (Melnir) is new to Amber and hasn't walked the pattern yet so he'll be pretty dependent on others for Shadow walking for the immediate future.

Will try and get a character definition up tonight, and some points down. Not overly keen on bidding myself, i thought there was an option not to bid? If so telling me what everyone has bid is kinda unfair on everyone else since I could then tailor my points so I'll put some bids in too

You don't have to bid, just spend points however you want. Several people have set amounts in stats and powers so are not bidding.

You know what every bid doesn't really  matter. Who bid what is unknown and I probably had not made this clear but bidding one point above someone else means very little. Yes you "Out rank" them but any contest will be a close one.

Points remain afterwards. I don't lock you into rank 1, rank 2, rank 3 etc.  You are a point higher that is all. Like two Olympic athletes the difference in a contest can be measured in miliseconds or the fight of two near equal boxers goes on a while before one (The higher ranked one) wins. So if you think it is a huge advantage it is not.

So tailor all you like things are still fluid so people may still have points left to bid. It's not over till its over
