This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

It takes but a few minutes to gather the others to the door. Beyla says, "We cannot take these two children inside with us. Who will stay behind and guard them?"

As the party gets back together, Hurtag playfully taps Foromo on the head, saying "You can quite now..." Hurmak smiles knowingly. both huddle up with Foromo, talking him down...if you weren't sure, it is now obvious that these 3 have been together for some time...

the 3 of them look over to Beyla, "Your right, Baldue, do you still need time to shake the chains off??"

Jolly nods grimly and says, "yes, Baldue, will you watch the girls?  If things go badly for us then get the girls out of here through the graveyard and get them back to town."

pbj44

Baldue nods, "I'll take care of them, I promise. I'm gonna hide with them up in the entrance crypt. If ya'll ain't back by tomorrow I'll head into town."

The music seems to be coming from up ahead, up the steps. You can make out a doorway from where you are at. It feels like you are being watched...

Drohem

Suspicious of another trap, Jolly motions for Hurtag to move forward with his sword.  Mergo has his sling out and a stone loaded in it.  Peldic holds the lantern and has his short sword in his other hand.

rarmy

Hurmak makes ready, his "Spear-Crusher" at the ready, guarding Beyla as well as avenging the Kids...Foromo, Sheild and Axe, shakes his body in readiness.

with a nod from Jolly, Hurtag works his way across, crouched, weaving back and forth, silently...

OOC- Yes, Baldue got his crossbow back before leaving with the children.

Crossing the vast room, you are soon at the steps. There is a sharp smell of cloves in the air.

As soon as you set your first foot on the steps you hear a Grunting and snarl off to your left followed by the rustle of quick moving armor.

OOC - GM rolls 3 for initiative!
