OOC:  In the immortal words of Rocky, "go for it."

I rolled a 6 for Round 5 Initiative.

Jolly moves to assist Beyla and attacks the creature on her, but he misses his mark with his sword thrust.  Peldic continues to stab at the creature on top of Norda with his dagger, but he also misses.  Mergo is successful in hitting the creature on Norda with a glancing blow.

OOC:  Peldic rolls a 6 for his attack roll.  Mergo rolls a 15 and hits AC 4 for 1 damage.  Jolly rolls a 4 for his attack roll.

Enraged at being cut, Beyla brings her mace down on the Burning man's crown in an iron-fisted strike - and tears his head off! Flaming blood droplets fly about the area.

With one last supreme effort Norda jams her blade through the creature's guts and rips her sword up and out of him. Exhausted, she boots the flaming corpse away from her and falls back panting.

Baldue runs over and gives the monster's corpse a few swift kicks!

OOC - Okay, Foromo and the gang are up! Two burning men are left in the doorway - along with their leader, the emaciated man.

Foromo lobs the Malatov, while not aiming at a specific creature, he does want it to explode at their feet...(OOC - do I need to roll something???)

Foromo is standing next to Norda, in front of P, M, and H. You would need to roll a D20 to attack with your flaming cocktail and "good guys" may get hit if your attack roll is crappy - you were warned!

Norda's opponent (that Hurtag was helping with) is now dead.

Hurmak (spear wielder) still has a burned guy in front of him. Red dots are bad guys

Foromo – As you hurl the bomb everything slows down to a crawl. You watch the bomb spin slowly towards the two monsters standing in front of Jolly and Beyla. As the bomb begins the arc downwards into the gap between the two monsters, you are horrified to see the emaciated man lunge forward and bat the oil bomb behind Beyla.

On impact, Beyla is separated from the party by a wall of fire. She is then grabbed by her burning man opponent and dragged out of the fight and down the hallway, hot on the heels of the emaciated man. Beyla screams out and reaches vainly for Jolly before being pulled through an open door which is then flung shut. Holding back the party for only a few precious seconds, both Jolly and Hurmak vault the dying flames and destroy the final burning man in a rain of steel.

The emaciated man’s mocking shrieks of laughter still ring in your ears as silence now floods the carnage-filled room.

OOC – Note: When fumbling I often play out dramatic consequences instead of simple damage.  Everyone earns 100XP for the fight.

"NO!" Jolly screams as Beyla is taken before his eyes.

As soon as he pulls his blade from the downed creature, Jolly starts running down the corridor after them and stops at the door.

"COME ON!" he screams down the corridor at his companions as he tries to open the door.

Foromo charges the door with his mighty hammer, smashing the door in a fit of Berserker Rage...

Jolly and Foromo - Racing down the hallway in hot pursuit of Beyla and her kidnappers, you two fly past shadowed doors recessed in the long hall. The Emaciated man roars with laughter as he slams and bolts the heavy iron-bound door, almost in your faces!

This door will take 50HP of damage to destroy. Each of you please roll your weapon's damage for this round.

Baldue helps Norda to her feet and she begins to force her feet forward down the hallway, though nearly fainting from loss of blood as well as shock.
