Hanalee snaps out of her dazed involvement in the ritual--must still be shaken from her "episode" with the dizziness and vomiting.

"So what do we do next?" the warrior asks Karnath.

"We should find the rest of our group, I think they went back to the old graveyard. I had this weird feeling there, like an episode, a point to focus in on." With that she'll go by the well, and considering Bright Feather is probably gone, stop to allow Hanalee to have a drink, then continue onward. She'll think about the strange snake though.

I assume you both jog over there?

After taking a bit of a break (5 minutes) from the recent intensity, you decide to reunite with your allies.

Jogging there you reach the farther edge of the downtown new graveyard.

Do you both linger for 5 minutes, or do you head on down to where the large rock was and on further to find Alric?

Alric

I'm going to roll for your Hide in the room, just to speed things up. You may wave over your friends once you see them, or linger and test how good your blind is.

Bright Feather scans her surroundings and yells..."Aldric you ok?"

Karni will follow Bright Feather, looking around for Alric, as well as the place where she felt something weird when carrying the woman out of there.

OOC: I'll let Bright Feather linger around the new graveyard's edge, looking about trying to find Alric, & Caden return further on to the large rock where the snake & victims were found. In 5 minutes time Hanalee & Karnath shows up, spotting Bright Feather still near the new graveyard's edge.

Now, at 11:25 AM, only Caden & Alric are separated by distance & angle (altitude).

What do each of you do for the next 5 minutes or so?

Caden will search the area for Alric. He will refrain from just shouting out to him out of caution.

"Hi Bright Feather!" You turn to see Hanalee & Karnath now arriving to this side of the graveyard and hailing you. Huh, don't remember them being that fast. Like they snuck up on you & Caden or something, just as you were both starting to check for Alric. Caden?

Looking about you think, 'Why am I standing between graves? There's little place here for even someone Alric's sizes to hide.' (care to investigate?)

Karnath & Hanalee

She's obviously searching for clues, that's why her head is down scanning back and forth, back and forth... back and forth. You two walk down from the main trail along the graveyard's edge towards where Bright Feather is. By the time you reach her, she's already partway inside of the grave grounds.

She occasionally mumbles "Alric" as she shuffles deeper into the graveyard, but that doesn't make sense. OK, unless she lost a needle or beads she's obviously not searching for the rest of your group, let alone Alric. He's small, but not that small. And it couldn't be tracking, because her shuffling will destroy whatever she's looking at.

Time to call her awake, maybe she got too much sun after all this running.

Caden

Well, Alric's tracks lead down to that lower terraced area, the one with the distant mine or den hole. Might as well follow them. Hopefully he didn't tangle with the original snake that caused all this.

Now where could he be... Aww, buddy, you could do better than that. Maybe it was hard to accommodate Mal as well. But the bushes and trees here are a bit lower and gnarled, and that blind will fool only the most casual observant.

How to break it to him that he's pretty naked out there? Could merely wave and call out his name. Though he thinks he's hunting without being spotted yet, so that'd just make him mad.

There are a string of bushes around his back you could use... Would have to fake not spotting him and wandering lost about a bit. (Deception followed by Stealth) Wonder how hard he would punch you for surprising him like that?

Alric proven right once again will move from his blind when he sees his friends.

He waves them over. He knows his blind provided excellent coverage from the den.

OOC - I suspect I tanked that roll.

When they move closer he says "Seems something is in there or At best guess. I wasn't about to go in alone."

Karni will turn to Hanalee, "She doesn't look right." And approach Bright Feather tenderly as to not spook her.

Alric, you can only see Caden due to distance & angle/altitude. You wave him over confidently.

Karnath & Hanalee, you see Bright Feather is conscious again after calling out to her, but she does seem confused.

Alric & Caden

The natural life about is cozy... almost soporific (makes sleepy). Nice and warm and lunch is coming up. Not investigating the old graveyard, but an interesting mystery to explore. How much does Alric share with Caden about what he's seen?

Caden approaches Alric "anything interesting happen while we were gone?"
