This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Ship Designers Needed!

The Aerial Forces of the Hive, Queen and Country universe are locked in an arms race! Each nation seeks to field the best aerial vessels possible. New designs are constantly being sought and each ship makes all those that came before it obsolete relics.

Hive, Queen, and Country and Objects May Appear... are pleased to announce a design contest for would be aerial architects. The prizes will include a rapid prototyped model of your ship and inclusion of the design in an upcoming Hive, Queen and Country product. You will receive full credit for the design in the product and a complimentary copy when it reaches print.

Contest rules and background are available here.

If you're note familiar with the Hive, Queen, and Country setting, check out the webpage for info on the background - and don't worry about perfectly meshing with the setting.

Your website needs some proofing and spelling corrections.

The links on your site should actually be hyperlinks! It's a webpage.

The website should adjust to smaller monitors or be fitted to the smallest monitors (say 17" these days).

All these errors make it hard to focus on your work instead of the errors!

Thanks Trentin,

Is this the "Hive, Queen, and Country" website or the the "Objects May Appear..." website? Either way, apologies for the errors.

You might want to check out the "HQC Background" section (here). The links there are have the URL in the anchor tag, not the text and are probably more relevant to the contest.

For the viewability issues, I'm currently viewing both on a 15-inch laptop, so maybe its a browser specific issue. If you send me your browser type and version I can send that along to the appropriate website team.

thanks for your feedback!
