I think it would be a very good inspiration for an RPG.

Groups of different types of characters travel accross the galaxy "delivering packages".

Settembrini should be ignored on all matters Futurama, i.e. matters divine. System? I dunno. NOT Toon. Risus would probably generate a seviceable Bender simulacrum.
