None, because our present understanding of gravity will still be valid and just become a limited case of whatever they discover. Much in the way relativity doesn't invalidate classical mechanics but rather turns it into a limited case of a larger view of how the universe works.

For a start, any setting which involves FTL travel, wormholes, etc ...
definitely any SF one that has "grav plates" or similar. do your ships have decks oriented perpendicular to the ship's movement? if yes, then this means you. e.g., trek, star wars, traveller, firefly, etc.
Cyberpunk. Their When Gravity Fails supplement*will become the default setting*.
*(sorry, couldn't resist. The book is actually about transgendered Arabic ghettoes in the 23rd century, not antigravity).
In Mage, one might be able to eliminate the chance of paradox for the Sphere of Forces. So, it would have to be updated. Actually, such a discovery may make game elements that appear impossible today appear somewhat reasonable. So, we would change, while the game would remain the same.
Whatever new information about gravity that is unearthed will be used to justify all sorts of space magic.
