I can provide a link to a 3.x monster database with many AD&D conversions...

The closest I know of is Kellri's superb Old School Stat Block Reference (http://kellri.blogspot.com/) (follow the link on the right of the blog).

Kellri, if you are reading this, do you have them in a sort of dumpfile?
I´d figure if you typed them all in yourselves, you proted them into some kind of database or spreadsheet?
