For me, definitely Fly from Evil, S John Ross's labour of love devoted to hardboiled fiction. I have seen some of his comments on gameplay and influences and given my deep and abiding love of the genre and his evident deep knowledge of it this is close to my current holy grail of gaming.
Equally elusive too, given he likes to get the book done to his own satisfaction before announcing release times and all. Which is actually rather laudable, since I would rather have a great product later than a so so product now, but fickle as I am I would ideally like a great product right now.
Anyway, what about you? What single product are you most looking forward to? It has to be something that someone is actually working on, not just stuff you'd like someone to work on...
At the moment, probably World on Fire for Spycraft 2.0.
T5.
(Traveller 5th Edition)
Marc Miller's fifth edition of Traveller is the big blinky on my radar. My Must Own Anything That Looks Even Vaguely Cool Syndrome is in remission right now, so there's only a handful of other products that even interest me.
Since you weren't specific to tabletop gaming I'll say Spore.
As for tabletop gaming I currently don't anticipate anything other than the D20 Modern Superhero game. The bar was set really high by Mutants and Masterminds (which I love but I think has some problems). And I suspect that WOTC can't stand to be outdone.
I'll probably pick up T5 (being a Traveller whore), but from what's been said about it to date, I'm not looking forward to it.

Spectaculars? The one that was canceled?

Despite all the naysaying and rumors I have heard I am somehow managing to remain delightfully optimistic. I don't know if that's because I'm open to the infinite possibilities of our wondrous universe or that I have faith in our Lord & Saviour Marc Miller or maybe I'm an idiot.

Aw, it was cancelled? Thats the one. Guess they couldn't outdo the Ronin after all.
Here's my issues with M&M, anyhow: I want the levels and hit points back. I want to have neophyte heroes that develop into veterans. I like how powers work in M&M, but I wouldn't mind a classing or vitality system closer to Heroes Unlimited/TMNT.

Mearls touches on why it was cancelled over on ENWorld's d20 modern/other forum; perhaps he'll comment on it if he swings by this thread.
Have you looked at/considered looking at
Blood & Vigilance by RPGObjects or
Four Colors to Fantasy by ENPublishing?

Well, any time you do a new edition of classic, you have to expect a built-in amount of griping, prophecies of doom, and "KILLING THE HOBBY!" rants. I'm not saying that the pessimists are right or wrong, just that a lot of that is inevitable.
T5 for me too. I applaud any new edition, as it brigns a new milieu, a new sector and nifty supplements. Seldomly is there a doubling in material like with D&D Editions. Every edition adds to the Travellerocity, it does not supplant former editions. Which I totally dig.
Even T4 brought us Pocket Empires! never forget that.

The only thing I predict is, well, continuing to use MT or T20. That's all I mean when I say I'm not looking forward to it.
AFAIAC, Traveller was already crippled by TNE. ;)

I can't make up my mind whether Trav jumped the shark with
Mercenary or
High Guard. So there. :p

I complained I had no shoes until I met a man with no feet. ;)
T5 right now seems to be my biggest one.

Pfft!
True old-school Traveller fans don't anything published after the halfway mark of Book 0. :p

Was that percentage chart in the first half? If so, I could probably make that work.

Yes. When people ask what they need to Classic Traveller, I tell them Books 1-3 and Citizens of the Imperium. The expanded character generation and other things in those books isn't necessary.
I was going to say that I'm not really looking forward to anything but, yes, I'm looking forward to T5 and hope Marc Miller learns the lessons of T4. And I also hope he gets some artwork that looks like traditional Traveller artwork. The Foss art never looked like Traveller to me (yes, I know others disagree).

What's Book 0? ;)

I don't beleive that this site doesn't have a wave smiley.
Anyway, I love Foss' art and think his ironmongery look is very fitting with the feel of the setting. I would agree it doesn't look much like that of the previous Travellers, but don't think that's much of a concern given that it was supposed to be set in Mileu 0, not the 1100 timeframe. That's a lot of time for things to change.
I want Mythic Russia (http://www.firebird-productions.com/), which was supposed to be out at the end of July, but which I haven't seen available yet.
Psion/Scion/?? From White-Wolf. It sounds like a Modern Exalted. Hopefully they'll put Greg Stolze on the project, as modern weird seems to be his forte'.
Pulp Cthulhu! Not that I buy books that often.
