VtM system works better for social and explore pillars, the combat works best if a bit looser. 'Rule of 1' naturally has to be dropped to salvage the system of course. That said, GURPS has already been mentioned and they already have a VtM conversion.

Personally I'd just bring facial tissues, a spare one-shot module, and a comforting "there, there..." face for the inevitable high-concept-meets-unclarified-player-expectations implosion. :D
