To clarify, I mean settings written for or as super hero games - not the DC or Marvel Universe, which of course have been used as games.
Godsend Agenda gets mentioned a lot.
All superheroes are essentially descended from or actually aliens.

I like the Space Supers material Fainting Goat Games has done for ICONS/Supers! Expanding on the material from The Great Game supplement they put out, it's fairly cohesive, but with plenty of room to insert your own stuff
I second The Great Game/Space Supers for ICONS/Supers!/Mutants & Masterminds 3E.
Speaking of Space Supers, I wonder how the conversion to Supers! is coming along. I mean, there's a couple of character pdf files available but the main setting book still is available for ICONS only.

Not entirely true. The main setting book is also available for Mutants & Masterminds Third Edition, but with only a couple of
Space Supers converted to Mutants & Masterminds Third Edition thus far.

I have no interest in Mutants & Masterminds but yes, you're correct. Still, I wonder about the Supers! version.
