SPECIAL NOTICE
Malicious code was found on the site, which has been removed, but would have been able to access files and the database, revealing email addresses, posts, and encoded passwords (which would need to be decoded). However, there is no direct evidence that any such activity occurred. REGARDLESS, BE SURE TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS. And as is good practice, remember to never use the same password on more than one site. While performing housekeeping, we also decided to upgrade the forums.
This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

What happened at Big Geek Emporium?

When I go there now I see all of 3 titles in the shop. Dungeons & Delvers 1.3, Traged at Taigon's Falls and Horde Wars... that's it. Is anyone else getting something different?

According to Twitter, they had a database hiccup about two months ago when moving servers:

Ah, that explains it. Shame for them, I hope the get it sorted out sooner rather than later.

Yeah.  I couldn't even log in to re-download games I bought thru them, although I recall that downloads only lasted a set time anyways.

But, it's like my account doesn't exist.
I'm glad for you if you like the top selling game of the genre.  Me, I like the road less travelled, and will be the player asking we try a game you've never heard of.

Downloads only lasting a limited time to me would be a big red flag.

These guys need to get their act together if they want to be merchants.  I love the Biggus Geekus blog, but I'm not giving my money to people who can't provide me with reliable service.

I had a store there, but I got tired of waiting for them to allow us to open shops again, and went to Gumroad.com instead.  They had no set time that you could download.  I hope they open again, so I can offer my titles there again and support non-woke alternate RPG economy.

Wait? So if you bought something off the site. You had no idea how long it was downloadable?

Did you have to buy it all over again? Or just re-que it?
