This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Any of you tried these?

I'm not a WH player but some of these look kinda cool to me, and Steve Darlington knows his stuff (the only guy to think up a way to play Firefly - that was Firefly)

'Where Ogres Dare' - nice!

I've ran about 8 of them.  Some better then others, but generally speaking they are all pretty solid adventures and most are generic enough that you can drop into an existing campaign very easily.  For pick up games, they are great.   The nice thing if you look at them as a whole they cover the gambit of heavy combat - non-combat scenarios, but usually all are open enough for some interpretation.

Plus they are a good resource for any other fantasy game, just drop in the right npc/monster stats and the stories are pretty universal.

What I find really cool is the way they give you a detailed synopsis and such next to each download, so you can tell exactly what the adventure is like, the power level  its for, and the consequences of running it (ie. how it might fuck up/power up your PCs) without having to download and read through the whole damn file to find out if its right for your game or not.

Big points for that.
