I have been interested in playing a steampunk RPG that includes airships and airship pirates and got a bit interested in Victoriana. I have both Airship Pirates RPGs but the original I heard was not great overall and the second one using the OneDice system is very sparse setting-wise.
I browsed a PDF of Victoriana 3e because C7 is taking forever to come out with the 5e version and I saw nothing about airships or crews in general. Is there nothing for these elements in the game? Is it possible to do a campaign like this in the game?
I also have Castle Falkenstein and it is joyfully mechanically light weight but I fear the card mechanic might be difficult to do for online play. I am not sure of the dice alternate system I saw in a supplement from Paizo.
Any thoughts/opinions on all of this would be appreciated!

How about Space 1889?
It's Victorian steampunk, and has both Etherships (spaceships that sail through space) and Cloud ships (basically flying sailing ships made of lighter than air wood).
It even has a supplement called Cloud Captains of Mars.
There is one game I have, but it's not steampunk, but dieselpunk. It's tech from between world war 1 and 2.
It's called Warbirds.
The setting takes place in the Caribbean islands, but transported to another universe a few hundred years ago. The laws of physics are different. Every island is floating in mid air in a gas planet with no ground. Instead there is a gas layer below that is sucked up to refine into fuel and "float stone" is mined to create floating battleships, cargo ships, and aircraft carriers with normal piston powered fighters like you would see here in real life from the 1930's.
Story wise the setting is Indiana Jones mixed with Crimson Skies. Your a merc fighter pilot hired to do odd jobs, often against air pirates.
