This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

(based on the TV series)
Given that the Supernatural RPG is not out yet (and has been promised for sometime, and I can't be bothered waiting any more) are there any fan made source books for the TV show around?

I'll probably pick up the official thing if/when it finally comes out, but I'm not pre-ordering something that feels like vaporware.

I was thinking of playing a few one off games using Nemesis (Dark ORE) or FATE.

Alternatively, is there a sourcebook for a fairly similar universe ?

Back during Season One, I ran a Supernatural one-off using D20 Modern for two of my players.  It's a pretty straightforward show, I don't know how much setting material one really needs.  Most of it is pretty easy to wing.

Just remember that rocksalt has the ghost touch property, and you're good to go..

We ran a short game last year using a bare-bones (and I mean bare) version of Rolemaster (pretty much just percentiles for skills, and some stat usage), but we really didn't use much online material for it--just watching the shows, really.
