Zak turned out to be no different than the #SJWs who despised him. However the speed at which he burned every single bridge in the industry is still a thing of awe.

Zak made some interesting things, but his behavior has pretty much assured he'll likely never see work again in the industry unless he goes the route of self publishing. Dude's not only pissed off the SJW crowd, but normal gamers as well with his antics.

Well, not EVERY bridge. James Raggi, in spite of Zak having turned on him and having publicly humiliated him for when Raggi dared to have his picture taken with Jordan Peterson, has continued to support Zak. I assume he's a masochist.

It stuns me that Zak has been invoked this many times - with a video no less! and hasn't appeared yet! I've never seen an internet thread with a whiff of criticism of Zak he wasn't down to fight it out in... don't tell me all this popcorn has gone to waste? Has he lost his mojo? hehehe c'mon Zak... you can do it!!!!!

ZakS's Vornheim city supplement is very good and mainstream OSR. While his "D&D with Pornstars" videos were designed to titillate the "normal" gamers (and thus draw in viewers), his early works are well done OSR / DIY supplements. He's an interesting case where Creator and Created Work are quite different. In his books, ZakS comes off very differently than online.

He started a project on Google+ where he was redoing the monsters in the Monster Manual for 5e and I really loved it. But he didn't go far with it. Probably did only about a dozen or fewer pages before it stopped. I wish he had done the whole Monster Manual. It was great stuff, and he was immediately recognizing what it would take WOTC years to figure out - they needed to add a lot more interesting elements to both the fluff and crunch of the standardized monsters (Volo's Guide eventually did some of that).

Silence usually follows exploration of litigation...? :confused: I have found his work fruitful at the table, and him to be forthright and genial to me online. :)
