I dig Over The Edge and OctaNe, both more for the setting than the system; and in both cases I modify the system to be a little less "out there".

yea, as far as I can tell you could throw Wh40K, Burning Empires, and Mutant Chronicles in the same barrel, mix it up, and not likely miss the main theme.

I would play Burning Warhammer Chronicles in a heartbeat, but this is not what this particular thread is about. What's kinda cool is that Christmas Ape managed to read my mind:

This is so true for me. I've only seen one scary zombie movie, 28 Days Later, it was okay, but too creepy for my usually non-gory tastes. It makes zero sense that I love AFMBE as well as the Zombies! board game.

I can't stand superhero games, but was really taken with "Hearts and Souls," enough that I started statting out Batman in my head.

I love rules-lite gaming, but paradoxically revel in the uber-rulesmongering of Rolemaster and HARP.

I hate Dragon-Ball, I don't like Fantasy. I can't leave my brain at the door.
 
I reallly like Exalted. A lot. It's just fun. The best way I heard Exalted described was "It's like TOON, but serious".
