Malicious code was found on the site, which has been removed, but would have been able to access files and the database, revealing email addresses, posts, and encoded passwords (which would need to be decoded). And as is good practice, remember to never use the same password on more than one site. While performing housekeeping, we also decided to upgrade the forums.
This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

What You'll Bring:

  •   15+ years of experience in the video game business.
  •    7+ years leading publishing teams.
  •    Experience shipping at least one AAA console product and software-as-a-service product.
  •    Inspirational leadership and people management with a proven track record of encouraging and developing others.
  •    Creative problem solver comfortable with ground-breaking fast-growth strategies and innovative business models
  •    A diplomat, with significant intellectual horsepower, capable of weighing complex tradeoffs to achieve business results.

I think we all saw the plan to pivot to digital, but what shocks me is that the requirements don't imply PC. It specifically states "AAA console."

The VTT is going to be a PS5 and XBox game.

I'm a middle aged guy with a lot of free time, looking for similar, to form a group for regular gaming. You should be chill, non-woke, and have time on your hands.

I, for one, am only shocked they're not opting for the "Spend MORE Money!!!" phone game experience.

They sooner they degenerate to 'Lords Mobile' level bait-and-switch phone apps the sooner they'll disappear from the ttrpg space entirely.

Literally nothing in that job description even vaguely hints at "move D&D to a fully digital product" but sure, let's spin because it's what people do these days for attention I guess?

Not looking for attention.  Everything they have been talking about, the people they have been hiring, creating a VTT and really pushing towards that are all the breadcrumbs I need to see where this is going.  Even Ray Charles can see where this is going.  And he is blind.  and dead.

Yeah, when non-disabled white men fail to get hired, they should get their score adjusted higher to account for the greater difficulty they experience as a historically oppressed minority. You have to grade on a curve.

I've come to the conclusion that you're a left wing NPC, parroting EVERY FUCKING TALKING POINT they have.
1. I'm a married homeowner with a career and kids. I won life. You can't insult me.

2. I've been deployed to Iraq, so your tough guy act is boring.

Hey if you can do the job then why not.  Good luck.

I think at this point a demented monkey could do a better job at WotC.

WOTC should hire another hot lady, like Cynthia Williams; to fill this new position!!!  What a great opportunity, to add more beauty to the team!!!  It just needed, to be said.

She looks alright in her profile pic. No Lorraine, that's for sure.
