So I have some bad news: @jondelarroz has canceled on me only 3 hours from airtime.
If someone replies here in the next 2.5 hours volunteering to come on to replace him that I find interesting enough, I will go ahead and do the episode with the new guest, otherwise I will sadly have to cancel. Spread the word!

Well, unfortunately as Jon cancelled at the last minute, and I haven't found a last-moment replacement, I'll just be going on by myself and will talk about some recent topics as well as answering your questions!

Sadly I'm not interesting, but I also was busy with my children's bedtime, so while I could have gone on, it obviously wasn't going to work out for either of our schedules, except I can be interesting and have opinions and ideas about many things.

So sadly Jon got sick and couldn't make it, so this was not an episode of the RPGPundit Encounter.
Instead, I did a 90 minute livestream where I answered people's questions, talked about a ton of stuff, including Chris Perkins' leaving WotC, whether D&D will shut down, the effect of tariffs on the gaming hobby, and the trouble with Kickstarter, plus much much more. Check it out!

Don't take it personally, but to get someone on my show (ESPECIALLY at the last minute) I need it to be someone I recognize and know what they've done.

I should point out that in spite of Jon not attending, this was a really great livestream, where I answered a lot of questions from the chat, and talked about various subjects, including the current state of D&D, Perkins quitting, the effect of tariffs on gaming companies and on people doing Kickstarters, and a lot more.

I also talked quite a bit about the Star Adventurer setting I'm gradually creating in my Pundit Files series, "Sons of Heaven".

No feelings hurt on my end, I just need to work harder to get out there more. I haven't even had the time to go back and watch the live stream, but I do want to.
