This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

...have been chosen.

Now, they must carry the One Ring to Mordor, where---sorry, I'm digressing. :D

Here is the list. Pity that Mcrow didn't make it, though.

Darn, I was hoping that either Mcrow or CW would get on, but no dice I guess.
Running: Dogs of WAR - Beer & Pretzels & Bullets
Planning to Run: Godbound or Stars Without Number
Playing: Star Wars D20 Rev.

Indeed!  Just for that, I won't be submitting any products this year!  :D

Congrats to the winners--anyone know how many were from ENWorld, and how many from other sites (and which ones)?

That's a pretty good list. The majority of the judges have never been judges before (a good thing imo).

Thanks James, I didn't think I was even on anyone's radar.  :)

Mcrow

Congrats to the winners!

All of them are very much qualified for the job.:)

My only issue is that being that they are all primarily EN World posters,I fear that the conspiracy theorists will have a hayday.:(

That said, the Ennie Awards are in good hands and this crop of judges will do great and fair job. :pundit:

With your volume of reviews, I don't know how anyone could ignore you. Keep putting up good ones anywhere you can and maybe next year you too can join that august group of wise geeks. :)

Nah, I think most folk recognize that ENworld members are much more interested in who is a judge than other folk - they're a significantly larger voting block.

Which makes sense.  If it was the RPG.net Awards I wouldn't be too keen on voting for someone who doesn't post on RPG.net.

I'm pleasantly surprised to see most of my picks made it! Sorry Mcrow. Even though I rarely visit EnWorld anymore (something about their forums crashes my work browser), I don't see that as a problem. They are the only voting block of any significance.

I'm happy to see no forgy spoiler-judges made the list. The sooner they complete the process of removing themselves from the hobby entirely.. (a job half started!) the better.

The nomination and the award itself is less important this year in any case, because Wizards no longer particpates, and I can't think of anything 3rd party that I want or need  to actually use anymore.

Well, wait-- I can. Electronic stuff, tools. The third party tool I use constantly is the pathguy javascript D&D character generator tool. That guy should get an award. (He's not actually eligible).

I think I've seen his avatar more at RPGnet.

Playing: Sigh. Nothing.
Planning: Some Cyberpunk thing, system TBD.

Ah, hadn't noticed.  He has 353 at RPG.net.
