This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Hi everyone,

I've always loved RPGs so I made a film about my favorite game for the D&D Fan Film Contest. My entry, The Best Game Ever is about a group of friends, bored with other games, who discover Dungeons and Dragons. Being new to the game, they decide to each run an adventure to see who the best Dungeon Master is.  The players get into random brawls in the tavern, fight merciless sewer rats and die horrible deaths. We've even put in Cthulhu and the slaughter of countless orphaned orcs.

Download it here http://www.gamevideos.com/video/id/6370  It's a 30 meg quicktime file. You'll need a recent version of quicktime. If you like it, vote it a 10 and pass the link on.  Thanks :)

Awesome! Particularly the last bit after the credits.

Thanks :) That particular part was an outtake and I wasn't originally going to include it but a friend suggested I should so I did.

If you liked this, you might want to take a look at another rpg gaming project my friends and I work on. It's called Role Playing Public Radio and we create audio gaming shows and skits. Listen to Achy Breaky Mythos for an example. http://www.myspace.com/rpgcomedy
