Anyone own this little puppy? How's it fare? Easy to pop in treasures mid-game? Anything unbalancing?

The printed version is TRIVIALLY EASY to just pop into the game, because it has a handy table that lets you swap in whatever you like in the place of something with a listed value in published adventures (of course, usable in handcraftedd adventures as well).
