This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Okay I'm thinking this http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/africa/2677919.stm would make a great setting. There is also an upcoming documentary on the subject. So any thoughts on systems, sourcebooks that would be helpful in running something like this. Also by all means, if you know of any research materials - interesting articles etc, or just any ideas, please feel free to share :)

It's not a perfect match, but it may give you somewhere to start.

Thanks. I'm actually looking for something more historical. But you how these things go, the plan does not survive it's execution (or something like that) :D

University libraries almost always have huge egyptian sections. Look up one specific title to lead you to the proper section and then you can browse. I suggest the "Oxford History of ancient Egypt" as a cool place to start. If you speak Archaeology there are lots and lots of cool books you could get stuff out of.
You are posting in a troll thread.
