This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Between your other threads on almost this same topic, and every post you've made here about minor variants of this same topic, I'm not sure what else you can learn here about this.

Looking back over your posting history, people have held your hand through the question of what Golden Age is, where to find examples and inspiration, every type of system that has simulated supers (including free ones,) and how to make your own system.

Short of someone making a completely bespoke Golden Age system for you, for free, I honestly don't know what else you want.

I'm a middle aged guy with a lot of free time, looking for similar, to form a group for regular gaming. You should be chill, non-woke, and have time on your hands.

I think my advice would be to look for books on the topic, and to limit oneself to a specific branch. For example DC only or Marvel only. A "everything golden age" type sourcebook would seem to have a lot of variation in the topics, so it might be good to limit the campaign to a smaller slice of the whole.

Wikipedia has a page on this:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Golden_Age_of_Comic_Books
With a number of books cited at the end.

An Amazon search leads me to multiple book options:
https://www.amazon.com/s?k=comic+golden+age&i=digital-text&crid=123NL9P3FJZ9E&sprefix=comic+golden+age%2Cdigital-text%2C113&ref=nb_sb_noss_1
Looks like most of the Amazon selections deal with specific heroes, not a general history of the subject.

So, I think if I wanted to create a "golden age sourcebook" I would do the following:

[1] Define my material. Pick a specific publisher or collection of heroes as my inspiration.

[2] Hit Wikipedia and copy-paste whatever they have to say about that material.

[3] Hit Amazon and buy a couple of trade books on my favorite heroes from that era. Use that material as inspiration, but also take notes as I read. Notes on plots, hero powers, names of villians, whatever sounds interesting.

[4] Put it all together into my sourcebook.
