This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

See?  This is why we need the magic sorting machine.  We could use it for redistributing food, resources, and wealth, too.  We'd be living in a socialist utopia over night!  But let's take care of the gaming resources first.

Yup it's all in perspective. If I needed to i'd trade a boxed Ringworld rpg for a copy of the Top Secret SI Agent 13 source book in a heart beat.

Quote from: James J SkachI told him I'd give him $100 for all of it...ya know...just to take it off his hands and get it out of his parents' basement. For some reason, he declined.
I would tell him, "Either you sell it, or you start gaming again, you fucker."

I bugged him about it yesterday in that friendly "Hey, been to your parents lately?" way. I'm playing it soft so I get first pick of the AD&D stuff...

He actually just gave me some print proofs of a relatively talented artist that came to us for a while to get his stuff prepped for printers. Apparently this stuff has been in a box in a corner for years and just kept getting moved around. One day the light bulb went off and he realized he could give them to me. A few are even frame worthy. But I think I'm going to contact the artist and see if he'd like to auction them off at some local con for a good cause.

It's amazing the gaming stuff that's out there..it's more pervasive than I thought.
