This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). Hey guys, my friend wants to run some Science - Fantasy, but he doesn't want Numenarra. I suggested SWN and Hulks & Horrors, but could use some more - I know we have some real Barsoon fans over here, so maybe you guys know.
Furthermore, I consider that  This is Why We Don\'t Like You thread should be closed

Extremely vague request.  What do you mean by science fantasy and what are your needs to meet the definition? Science fantasy could be anything from John Carter to Luke Skywalker to Lensmen to Iron Man.

Simlasa

Monte Cook's Dark Space. It's a setting for Rolemaster/Space Master that is kind of like a grimmer version of Spelljammer. Lots of biotechnology like living spaceships and power armor... weird aliens and haunted worlds.

XP? Leveling up? How long of a campaign?

Doesn't matter, he's pretty flexible on mechanics, but a lengthier campaign and no indies.\

From what I gathered, more Star Wars and Carter than Shadowrun...In Space!

With such a vague request, will it matter?

How about Space Opera. There you go.

Spinachcat

The Mechanoids by Palladium, maybe converted using D6 Space.

Fading Suns and the Dark Heresy/Rogue Trader games fall under it too.

From the guys that did Castles and Crusades?  I forget the name of it too.
