Skimmed a few pages, noticed a couple cosmetic things.

p. 75-77 the first letter of a few holidays aren't in bold:

p.78 missing thousand breaks (i.e. 5000 gp not 5,000 gp)

p. 84, bullets at the bottom of Pragmati and Siswa columns use different spacing

I had already caught the holiday errors, waiting for the POD version to upload the correction.  Fixed the rest, though the Siswa issue was the text box somehow got moved.  Let me know if you find anything else that needs fixing.

Not directly related to the pdf content, but on your host website could you list what the current version number is for both of the 'no nipple' and 'pro nipple' versions please?

Then i wouldn't need to download them to see whether I've got a new version.
