Title: Question for the old-timers (or anyone who knows)
Post by: Zirunel on May 11, 2020, 01:39:46 PM
So back in the day, probably 1980 ish, I can remember a couple of times playing a hex-based strategy game. It wasn't an rpg but I'm pretty sure it was a TSR/D&D spin-off of some sort.

The game map was large and full, bold colour, what I now think of as kinda  Darlene style but with silhouette-type city hexes. Was it supposed to be Greyhawk? Not sure, I think I had the impression at the time that it was, but I don't think the geography was much like the Greyhawk maps I've seen since. I do remember one of the lands was called "Xorn" (or "Zorn?").

Anybody else remember this game? What it was called? Anything else about it?

I'll appreciate any info to flesh out my fragmentary memory.
Thanks!
