Title: OSR People on Twitter We Should Watch
Post by: Lynn on January 09, 2016, 01:48:00 PM
A friend set up this list of a few people in the OSR community:

http://flockaflame.com/lists/OSRRPGNews/89

I can get more onto this list if you post them here. Who is worth following / watching / reading?

Glad to see I'm on there!  Mind you, I only post very rarely on RPG subjects on Twitter. It's mostly politics.

I don't know if its something that blogspot supports or not, but wordpress based blogs have the ability (with Jetpack) to also automatically put out posts on Twitter, Google Plus, etc when you publish. Its a time saver.

Blogspot can do that, yes, but since I mainly use my Twitter account to promote my political writing, I'm not sure I'd want to do that.

In my case, I have three blogs: a professional blog (tech industry related), a game related blog and a socio-political blog, and they all 'feed' out separately (twitter, facebook, google plus, etc). Their audiences are pretty distinctly different, and if I were to mix them freely, it would put off others - especially the tech readers. Those who give one about  software pricing strategies or columnar databases are unlikely to care about my view on Oregon's minimum wage controversies or the Ryuutama RPG.

I have a twitter account @mAcChaos that I use as a mixture of RPGs, games, anime, and politics.
