My personal favorites:









The guy understands and expresses things like light, humidity, dust better than anyone else. Much as I like Angus McBride and Graham Turner, I have to say that for José Daniel Cabrera Peña to be an illustrator for Osprey almost seems like artistic slumming.

This one is by Ken Kelly, not Frank Frazetta.
