Me? I'll spend Halloween with my family and I think my boys will get to enjoy the Tomb of Horrors.
I want to turn the Halloween/October holliday into a hallowed ceremony played with different games and adventures year after year.
Trick or Treat!
shit! haven't thought of it, yet.
better ask the guys what they'd like to do.
(and check my homework situation--will i even be available to play?)
Hah! I'm runnin' your momma! :rimshot:
No, nothing in mind, I'm afraid to say.
Halloween is not an Australian tradition.
Poor, poor Oz!
My wife and I have a mixed marriage - she's Christmas, and I'm Halloween.
I'll be running Blood Games II - probably the finale of my current campaign.

DC Gameday, I'll be running a martial arts game of Spycraft.
In my home game, I'll actually be playing (D&D in Rappan Athuk, to be precise), something I've not done in a home game for a long time.
So no horror... unless facing down the minions of the lord of the undead counts.
RA can be pretty horrific. are you using the original in 3.0, or the updated one?
ALL FLESH MUST BE EATEN. Thats what game well be playing.. with shotguns, and scary music, and a zombie movie in the back ground. And the lights dimmed. On HARD mode. Its going to rock.

That is so gonna rock!
Hmmm... gotta think how to slip in some pure zombie fun into the game. Maybe have skull city overrun?

Kids came to my door saying 'trick or treat' last October and I told them to get lost.

Good thing you're in Oz and not Arizona! You have no sense of Yuma...

How much can a koala bear?
For Halloween I'll be continuing my Vampire the Requiem game with the game taking place on actual All Hallows Eve. Should be fun, what with the Circle of the Crone partying hard and stuff. But on Halloween I'm not staying in. Party time!

That's too bad. It's a fun time of year. I'm from back east, Ohio specifically, and the entire month of October is dominated by Halloween - stores carry all kinds of stuff, from candy to costumes, "haunted houses" spring up everywhere, people decorate their houses and yards, and even the weather itself tends to reinforce the mood, with gloomy grey skies, bonfires, crisp, biting winds, and trees shedding their leaves. Out here in California, at least southern CA, Halloween doesn't seem to generate the same level of interest.

well, the seasons aren't the same in SoCal, either. my folks moved from here (NJ) to LA a few years ago. mom was most unhappy by the lack of seasons in comparison to back east. they're back east now, in RI; i expect great joy at reports of "there's an autumn here!" and the like.
it's easier to get in the holiday mood when the temp is a bit cooler, too. a little bite in the air seems to add to the halloween vibe IMO. wish it was that way at the moment
I love the change of seasons, right up until around January when I remember how very much winter sucks.

ah, the differences between new jersey and colorado.
And Colorado has miled winters compared to where I grew up (Watertown, NY). Years in the south and in Ca spoiled me.
Uhm... weather, coolness, great, what are you running for Halloween?
Warhammer game involving Ghost Pirates, Evil bats and Skeletons playing poker.
