While trying to figure out what book the Celebrant of Sharess was in, I Googled it and ran across this wonderful resource page -
Crystal Keep (http://www.crystalkeep.com/)
Not only did it help me find the book it was in, but it also provided me an incredible set of PDFs that gives me an index to locate monsters, feats, equipment, and much more. The document that lists the monsters by CR is worth its weight in gold to me.
Wow. Looks like they have upgraded a lot since I last went there a couple years ago. Cool. Thanks for posting the link -- I'm sure I still have it *somewhere*, but my Favourites tab at home is an unorganized horror show. :)

Bah humbug!
Especially since third parties like Crystal Keep were doing indexes YEARS before WotC got off their fat asses and did 'em.
Plus, you can download Crystal Keep's indexes in the form of a PDF to keep handy on your computer when you don't have net access, which happens at the gaming table when someone wants to look at some obscure spell and no one can remember where it came from.
Hell, I printed out my cleric CK index and bound it in a nice green binder/folder. Very handy indeed. The only thing I wish they'd do is organise the spells alphabetically instead of by school. Still, probably the most useful free resource I've found yet.
The base class list ROCKS. It's got the substition levels on it, so I can see that stuff without buying the crappy race books! Yay me! :D
Holy Shit! Thats awsome. And very up to date comapred to other sites I've seen.
:) I'm hoping to get a links section set up sometime in June so that we can have a place for great links like this.
