The new Runequest is apparently supposed to be "Open source"; kind of a joke given that Mongoose robbed the system directly from Chaosium in the first place.
In any case, the System Reference Doc is here:

In case any are interested...
RPGPundit
There is no html version yet?
Its also interesting that Mongoose are now turning their back on OGL and D20 only products they used to, despite maintaining a D20 only policy on new products.
Maybe theRPGSite should host a html version?

Or pdf.

Both formats have their uses. Anyone have comments on the actual contents of the document? I can't unzip the darn thing until I get home.
Can't see that many changes to older BRP incarnations, and ther eare no modern rules so far.
Well, they're all .docs, so it shouldn't be long before someone puts them in PDF or HTML.

I just put a PDF together right now. It's the first time I've tried it out, so I won't mind any criticisms or passing it over if a better one comes along.

looks great! Mine would not have had bookmarks.:thanx:
See attached.
I did a quick and dirty convert from DOC to PDF. I combined all seperate doc files into one PDF.
I guess as I expected, it looks really similar to Chaosium BRP. Anyone know what the differences are?...I'll have to do a comparison later...
Ah well...I see JamesV beat me to the punch...I'll get you next time JamesV!!!!

Whew, that's a relief. The bookmarks are nice, aren't they? I did everything with an eye toward preserving the original doc, so it does come in at a kinda hefty 2MB. If you want something quicker, rcsample's doc is nice.
Yeah, nice work!
