This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Howdy, I am looking for about 6 players with which to play Post Mortem Studios "Tales of Gor RPG" The game will be using Tavern Keeper and Discord. Discord will be used to keep track of everything and let me get to know my players better. The adventure that we will start with is Game of Worlds. If you are interested please join here. https://www.tavern-keeper.com/campaign/3686/about

Are you planning on using one of the published adventures? There is a new one that was released very recently, The Cave of Gold.

Game of Worlds seems like a pretty good choice for an online game.  Maybe put the back cover description on the campaign's introduction page to help prospective players get a little hint of the adventure outlook.  Sort of obscure and flavorful games like Gor need a little up front forthrightness in the ref offer, I think.

I was wondering if Zak's Mutilated and Frostbitten might run well with Tales of Gor in an in person game. Pretty easy to take the Lamentations bits and play them under d6.

I was going to suggest in one of the Westend Star Wars threads to look into the Tales of Gor, which is under d6, for some interesting world ideas for that game! ha

It bothers me that you require at least one player to play a female character.

Just curious -- the original post started out with details of the game, then was changed to "to be discussed" and I was curious why game details were taken down. Yet, from the title it's pretty clear what topic the game was to cover.

Sorry 'bout that I was having some issues and I didn't know if I would be able to run Tales of Gor. Now I am fully able too.

No apology needed  arcanuum!  I just figured you were trying to get folks to head over to the campaign's page, without a bunch of details duplicated here.  Good gaming!
