This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). LotFP pre-generated characters and/or character generator

I plan to run a one-shot soon using LotFP, so I need pre-generated characters.

Do you know if there some pre-generated characters available?

A character generator would also be helpful. Save vs. Total Party Kill does has one (https://character.totalpartykill.ca/lotfp/), but there is no customization possible (I think it only randomly creates characters of level 1).

I don't know of any, and I would honestly not be surprised if there aren't any. I could see Raggi having a reason not to do them.

On the plus side, you can make an LOTFP character in around 10-15 minutes, so it shouldn't be too bad if you have to do it yourself.

Playing: Mongoose Traveller 2e
Running: Dolmenwood
Planning: Warlock!, Savage Worlds (Lankhmar and Flash Gordon), Kogarashi

Agreed, it is simple enough that it is not very time-consuming. However, I am surprised about how lazy I am, so I have already spent some time trying to find a way around it. If I had started making the characters instead of looking for an alternative solution, I might already be about half the way done.

The nerdiest part of me wants to do an Excel spreadsheet similar to the ForgedAnvil D&D 5E Character Generator to speed up the process, but I don't have enough knowledge and skill on Excel, so it would take me even more time than to make them by hand. Even so, it would be an excellent opportunity to improve my Excel skills, and it may be helpful for the next person who needs it.

As I age, and pass the 30 year mark on gaming, I see the wisdom of putting time and effort in at the onset, so that  (hopefully) I get decades of use in the long term. That's my new attitude to house rules and gaming accessories.

So I'd say learning a skill your future self may thank you for it well worth it.
I'm a middle aged guy with a lot of free time, looking for similar, to form a group for regular gaming. You should be chill, non-woke, and have time on your hands.

Thank you for the encouragement. I am starting that project, and let's see where it takes us!!!

Great!

My wife used to be an Excel expert, and on the rare occasions she games with me, she always struggle with dice rolling and associated arithmetic. I've been trying to convince her to create some Excel-based auto dice rollers for herself, as they seem like they can be customized more than VTT dice macros.
