I'm hoping that for 6E they drop all gendered speech.  I really want to see them go down that path.  For session 0, ask everyone their pronouns, and put in a section about how its a safe space and where you can send children to get transitioned and be safe away from their parents.  Depending on how much sway the left gets, I could see them putting something along those lines in the next PHB.
