Which era is this focused on? I'm supposing Late Medieval like Dark Albion, but you have High Medieval and Early Medieval settings out too now.

"Adventuring in most fantasy RPG settings' cities is often much closer to going through a Renaissance Fair rather than anything approximating life in actual medieval cities."

Given my disdain for Ren Fairs, this was a must have.

It's after the rise of guilds, meaning that it's not Early Medieval. It would work equally well for high medieval or late medieval.
