Hey all, I am looking for a new rpg to try. Before you guys say anything I want to ask a favor. Please do not post saying that you can't recommend a game because every game is different to every person, or anything like that. Now that that is out of the way I'll post a few things I am interested in:
I like Fantasy, Cyberpunk, Steampunk, Post Apocalypse, and Wuxia.
I CRAVE MAGIC. A good magic system is something I love.
I love uniqueness and originality
I prefer pen and paper, not miniatures.
I need a system with dice and stats (I am just not that into pure storytelling).
I like a fleshed out system, a solid lore, and a detailed rule book.
Games I have played: D&d 4e, D&D 3.5, Pathfinder, Shadowrun, Iron kingdoms, Brass and Steel, Apocalypse Prevention Inc, and Camp Myth.
I am also getting Numenera tomorrow.
Any Suggestions Would be great.

Which ones of those that you played did you like the most? And why.
Furthermore, I consider that  This is Why We Don\'t Like You thread should be closed

In regard of what you have written, Numenera seems a good pick. I have the game myself and greatly enjoyed GMed it (It never play as a PC since no French guy/girl of my entourage owns it and those who I have meet who happened to own it want to play it with the rules of Fate ... Go away, you hipster !).

Currently reading : 13th Age, Cypher System, Polaris

Currently planning : Project Scourge : the battle for the Soul of Mankind using 13th Age

Currently playing : The Chronicles of the Devouring Lands using D&D 5.

Perhaps 5th edition Ars Magica if you really want to delve into magic.

Stormbringer or Elric! would give you an unusual take on magic - one focused on summoning and binding demons and elementals - with the lore of the Young Kingdoms and Planes of Michael Moorcock's Elric of Melnibone saga. There's also a d20 System spinoff called Dragon Lords of Melnibone (with which I'm not familiar).

Call of Cthulhu, based on the stories of H.P. Lovecraft, has magic that also mainly concerns summonings, but player-characters tend more to be opposing dedicated sorcerers than to have great expertise in that field themselves.

Talislanta has a pretty simple yet flavorful magic system as I recall, and an interesting game world. You can find it for free at talislanta.com.

Ars Magica is set in a Medieval Europe in which magic is real, and the focus is on the lives of magi joined in a community with warriors and other companions in supporting roles.

Pendragon, drawing on the Arthurian mythos, emphasizes knighthood rather than wizardry. Later editions do have a magic system, but even that is not intended to bind the hands of the GM in creating adventures rich in enchantment.
And we are here as on a darkling plain  ~ Swept with confused alarms of struggle and flight, ~ Where ignorant armies clash by night.

To shamelessly self promote for just a post here, Fractured Kingdom builds on a lot of the elements you mention here. The game is set in recovering future and mixes magic and technology. There are some narrative elements but it falls mostly on the traditional side of game design. There are links in my signature if you wold like to learn more.

Gotta say RuneQuest 6th edition.

There are several different magic systems:
*Folk Magic: the kind of spells your average villager/adventurer might be able to cast
*Animism: Shamans who bind spirits and merge with them to gain their powers
*Mysticism: Mind over body stuff
*Sorcery: customizable spells learned from Grimoires
*Theism: Miracles from the gods

The d100 system is deep and comprehensive, yet encourages modification/customization based on the setting. Monster Island is a good place to start your RQ adventuring, and Shores of Korantia is a big setting with the kind of lore you might be looking for. I'm really excited about the upcoming Mythic Series, like Mythic Britain.

Atlantis: the Second Age is a great S&S RPG: http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product/120423/ATLANTIS-the-Second-Age?cPath=373_4160.

It has several interesting magic systems - arcane, divine and alchemy. The first is flexible (you create your own spells) without being free form. The latter two are detailed and require specific requirements for a range of cool effects.

The setting cover s a lot of the S&S tropes, but brings them altogether in an unique way with lots of culture and history.

P&P and no miniatures.

The system is not far from a d20 lite. It has some metagame elements to support a story focus (Destiny, Disadvantages etc) but its not central and can be used as desired.

The system is complete and detailed in the rulebook. There is also a detailed section on the island of Atlantis. The setting is further detailed in Geographica. You can get a glimpse of it in this free product: http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product/124386/ATLANTIS-The-Second-Age-World-Map?cPath=373_4160

Another option is Far Away Land (//www.faruniverse.com). Its a quirky fantasy RPG in the vein of Adventure Time or Order of the Stick. The system is simple yet is filled with the kinds of stuff you find in the DMG for AD&D1e.

It has a pretty straight forward and solid spell based magic system. Magic items are all storied, unique and often hilarious.

The world is a wonder to behold. The overall quirky tone and art style, combined with a simple and fun system is pretty original.

P&P and no miniatures.

The system is traditional. Plus it has rules for training montages, mass combat, civilisation building and other stuff.

The system is simple but more than complete. The lore is solid and fun.

I was going to make the same suggestion. Ars Magica is a stonking good game.

(And you can "try before you buy" by downloading the 4th edition for free!)
Check out Gurbintroll Games for my free RPGs (including Dark Dungeons and FASERIP)!

Seconded.

Rolemaster set in Tekumel using Ars Magica's spell-casting system.
It takes considerable knowledge just to realize the extent of your own ignorance.

I don't know how well the magic system measures up, but Earthdawn pretty well hits all your other points. It was essentially FASA's attempt at making a pseudo-skill-based D&D with the serial numbers filed off and minus the mountains of stupid that is Vancian magic.
The more I learn, the less I know.

I noticed you've played two Third Eye Games settings, and a couple of the others may really fit what you like.

Wu Xing: The Ninja Crusade may fit your wuxia craving, while Part-Time Gods is sure to give you an awesome magic system to sink your teeth into.
