This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

List of Roleplaying/Gaming Magazines (Ezines)

Hello,

So what RPG/gaming magazines (dead tree as well as ezine) are currently being produced? I ran across an old thread on enworld-which is related to this-though a good deal of the products mentioned are now defunct. Let’s make a new list for the RPGSite.

For my own selfish reasons-I'm looking for places that pay for writing.

Please contribute to the list if you know of something not listed. I’m certain there are more then what I’m about to list.

If you do assist with this list please include only magazines that are currently being produced, be it quarterly monthly-etc. Also follow the format I use (if you can) so that someone coming across this thread can click on the appropriate link.

Publication Title, Company Name: Website.com

Thanks ahead

Magazines:
Knights of the Dinner Table (12-11 issue per year), Kenzer and Company: http://www.kenzerco.com/

The Rifter (4), Palladium Books: http://www.palladiumbooks.com/

Warhammer: Visions (?), Games Workshop: http://www.games-workshop.com/en-US/Home;jsessionid=D20262F25D1ED94BD802E541C79E99DC

Ezines:

Pyramid, Steve Jackson Games, http://www.sjgames.com/pyramid/

Ravenswing

I think at this point Alarums & Excursions is the longest continually published gaming periodical extant, never mind the first and by far the longest known gaming APA.
This was a cool site, until it became an echo chamber for whiners screeching about how the "Evul SJWs are TAKING OVAH!!!" every time any RPG book included a non-"traditional" NPC or concept, or their MAGA peeners got in a twist. You're in luck, drama queens: the Taliban is hiring.

List threads seem to be frowned on here.

But lets see.

Ares made a pseudo-comeback.

New company. Same format of articles and a pack in game.

The Crusader, from Troll Lord I think, as of 2009 Tom wham did an expansion for Awful Green things from Outer space for it. May have ended.
