I don't think it's that incredible that someone hasn't checked the forge site before. I still haven't looked at it. I guess I get all that I need from the sites I already frequent, and the descriptions of it I've read by some of ya'all lead me to believe I wouldn't find it very valuable.

Up till relatively recently, as I understand it, Koltar mostly was on the SJG board; its completely credible that the average SJG board member would not have personally ever been to the forge.

I mean, this isn't like some fuckwits claiming they'd never actually seen D&D played ever in their years of gaming history, or asking "what's D20"?

I've never spent any real, actual time at the Forge website either.  I think that if I went there and saw what Koltar saw, and the origins of the stereotypes, I, too, might go "WAAAAAAAAUUGH NO WAY HOLY COW REALLY?!"
