This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Clearly the taco was brought by the party's small Chihuahua-looking Cynocephalus from the gilded city-state of Takho'vel in Terra Incognita. You just can't see him because he's on the other side of the table.

That pic and the AI chat bot food explanations are why I don't regret not playing NuDnD.
"Meh."

I guess the tacos are made by the Mexican orcs?

A little surprised they didn't go with a Happy Meal.

McD&D with extra Beholder Sauce.

Oh, and a small Diet Coke.

Obviously, anything else would be cultural appropriation of the Mexorc culture.

Here is why this forum tends to be so stupid. Many people here think Joe Biden is "The Left", when he is actually Far Right and every US republican is just an idiot.

The taco looks almost photo-manipped in.

WOTC is trying really hard, to convince me that the 50th+ Anniversary Edition, is not written for people like me.

They are pulling out all the stops.

Oh them too. But for me, having two Gen Z kids, and knowing who their friends are, the majority of Gen Z don't know how to cook... And yet love to post photos on social media of food they eat.
1. I'm a married homeowner with a career and kids. I won life. You can't insult me.

2. I've been deployed to Iraq, so your tough guy act is boring.

Shit, I'm Gen X and I was called a boomer. I practically lost my shit. Me? A boomer? Fuck no! Baby boomers are the post-WWII kids born '46 to '64. MY DAD is a boomer, not me.

Yeah. Yet to anyone under... let's say 30 (because I don't know the exact age cut-off), anyone over 40 is a boomer.

On the other hand, for anyone over... 50ish, millennial and gen z both mean the same thing, and it's anyone under 50.

This is exacerbated by the fact that the baby boom has distinct start and end points, but nobody ever could agree on precise dates for when gen x ended or where gen z began. This leads to the strange situation where anyone in their 40s is simultaneously a millennial and a boomer.

I really have no idea what compels people to share photos of their meals with the whole world. It is very strange.

And there were people who complained about the 2014 D&D artwork......

It was very tame, by comparison.

Don't forget some awesome clam chowder, quick service Hawaiian pork & cabbage, tons of Korean BBQ, and more.
