Might not help. Canada has defined the third party in that tort rather narrowly. Cannot usually be some nebulous entity like, "my clients."

EDIT: So, another way of saying it, who do you propose would be the third party involved here?

I'm pretty sure Canadian law has a "girls win, guys lose" clause, so I wouldn't give much for his chances.

As to why I'm unsympathetic to Mandy it is that kind of bullshit thst makes both a mockery of people who went through sexual abuse and only makes it harder for those victims who truly suffer from sexual abuse to come forward. If both were still in a relationship she would not have said anything. Not a damn thing.

Sums up about how I feel regarding the whole thing. Zak is a dick, he's abrasive, too cool for school, etc. However I don't think the evidence we have access to here really amounts to proof he's some sort of sexual abuser. It's a bunch of he said, she said bullshit. It is fairly damning to my mind that someone who lived with them for five years and was a part of whatever it is their relationship was, thought that the accusations were bullshit.

I don't think this is sufficiently related to gaming , so I'm going to close it. I could theoretically be open to new threads on this, if it later becomes more relevant to the hobby itself rather than a thing between the two people thus far involved.
