Help Needed: Paranoia XP Access and Power

Hey, folks!

I was trying to get some prep done during some downtime here at work, but I have forgotten how to roll for PCs Access and Power ratings for a Classic-style adventure.

I'm pretty sure Power is a straight 1d20, with a minimum of 8, but I can't remember Access at all.  d20/4, round up, maybe?

Power: Roll 1d20, and take any result of less than 8 as 8.

Access depends on style:
Straight=1
Classic: 1d20 divided by 4, rounding up.
