This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Have a Star Wars Ship!

I got in to work this morning and couldn't log in - as a contractor my credentials die once a month if my boss doesn't renew them, and he forgot, so I sat at my desk and drew this ship while I waited to get renewed. I did the interior later when I got home. You all might as well enjoy it. :D

I see this was designed lopsided in true Corellian style.:D

flyingmice

It's kind of a combination of Corellian, Naboo, and Mon Calamari aesthetics... :D

I was going to say the left or "hangar" half looked a bit Mon Calamari seafood-inspired. I don't know Naboo...I thought he was the little green spacemen who visited Fred  Flintstone now and then.

That was the Great Kazoo! :D Naboo is the planet both Padme and Palpatine are from, and their aesthetics are pretty much "why do it if it isn't elegant?" The droid Rack or Stable inside is a Naboo thing.

Thanks, Jeff! I have stats for it, but they would be useless as they are for my Star Wars-ish The Next Generation game. Let's see if I can translate into universals... it's armed with a dual laser cannon turret aimed by a gunner, and a straight ahead concussion missile launcher operated by the pilot or copilot. It's not that fast, but not slow either, and it has a solid hyperspace drive rated at 2, with a backup rated at 12. It's not CEC or Kuat or Sienar, so its hard to get parts, unless you are in the local area.

Shields are strong, but the frame is weakened by that big void on the left side. If you partitioned it, it would be much stronger, but not as suited for large or free moving loads. You could fit another couple X-wing fighters in there, making it a mini-carrier. You could probably fit more A-wings, as they are smaller and blockier. The living quarters are nice, with a lot of open space in the galley/lounge/dining area.

Very nice Clash! I could have used one of those about 10 years ago when I was looking for small or medium freighter designs that could carry an X-wing. If you haven't already done so the folks over at the Rancor Pit would really enjoy your ship and I'm sure someone would create D6 stats for it.

I don't seem to be able to read the room key descriptions. I hate to look a gift horse in the mouth, but would it be possible to get, or have you point to, a higher resolution image. Pretty please.

It's a rancorous pit, anyway.
