Malicious code was found on the site, which has been removed, but would have been able to access files and the database, revealing email addresses, posts, and encoded passwords (which would need to be decoded). This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Greetings Everyone

DNDWoodElf

Longtime lurker, new poster.

Started playing DND in the early 80's. Stopped mid-way through 2E. Played some WHFRP 1E, Harn, WEG D6 Star Wars, bunch of home-brew stuff. Loved the Rules Cyclopedia. I'm enjoying DND 5E and really enjoying AiME.

From what I have seen, this is the place to dump my bag of dice on the table, grab my pencil, and get ready to relax.
Okay, and that sounds fucking pervy.
Oh well.

Cheers everyone!

Apparently you haven't lurked long enough. :p

Welcome aboard.

:D It relaxes me to know that I'm in the company of a bunch of opinionated goofball jackasses just like myself.

Thank you for the welcome.

Welcome , just make sure you leave your feelings at the door. Eventually you'll be on the wrong side of a discussion and they will be tested!

Black Vulmea

Welcome to the adult swim.

And keep your fucking sack off my table.

Quit playing with your pencil at mine and we'll call an uneasy truce that neither of us will honor, because you can't leave your pencil alone and I love dropping my sack on everyone's table.

Thank you, noted. If I do get offended I'll make sure to whine and cry about it and demand that the world meets my emotional needs and protects me from the big bad meany.

You should go to GaryCon.  Period.

The rules can\'t cure stupid, and the rules can\'t cure asshole.

(What's AiMe?)
Adventures in Middle-earth. It's the D&D 5e version of The One Ring RPG. It's a pretty good take on Tolkien and I like it a lot more than vanilla D&D, so I can't wait for more supplements to come out.

Add me to the ranks of people who have stopped posting here because they can\'t stand the RPGPundit. It\'s not even his actual opinions, though I strongly disagree with just about all of them. It\'s the psychotic frothing rage with which he holds them. If he ever goes postal and beats someone to death with a dice bag, I don\'t want to be listed among his known associates, is what I\'m saying.

Welcome aboard.

You sure? I turn on a dime for example. Well it's your funeral. Welcome to The Adult Swim. Otherwise as Spinachcat said whatever game you love sucks and IF it's something I like you're definitely playing it wrong. If you like 5e we might get along...(shhh...don't tell anybody that though.:)).
Don\'t mess with cats we kill wizards in one blow.;)

Just make your fuckin\' guy and roll the dice, you pricks. Focus on what\'s interesting, not what gives you the biggest randomly generated virtual penis.  -- J Arcane

You know, people keep comparing non-TSR D&D to deck-building in Magic: the Gathering. But maybe it\'s more like Katamari Damacy. You keep sticking shit on your characters until they are big enough to be a star.
